If you receive emails, which are not marked as spam, and you wish to stop receiving these emails; Or emails you want to receive are being marked as spam and you want them delivered no matter what, follow these steps:
If you are an administrator, you can apply these settings domain-wide:
- Log into Proofpoint as an administrator
- Under
Security Settings
click the down arrow next toemail
- Click
Sender Lists
- To block a sender
- Single email address: Add the email address to the
Blocked Sender List
- Entire domain: Add
*.domain.com
to theBlocked Sender List
(Replacedomain.com
with the domain you wish to block.

Safe Sender List
- Entire domain: Add
