LTNG Menu Manager — Quick Start Guide

LTNG Menu Manager lets you manage your digital menu boards and storefront from
your iPhone or iPad. It’s for existing LTNG clients — sign in with the
credentials Grey Sky Media set up for you.

1. Sign in

  1. Open LTNG Menu Manager.
  2. Enter the email and password provided by Grey Sky Media, then tap Sign In.
  3. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot Password? to get a reset email.

New accounts are created for you by Grey Sky Media — there’s no self sign‑up. If
you need access, contact support.

2. Pick a project

  • After signing in, you’ll see your Projects. Tap one to open it.
  • Tap the ••• menu (top right) any time for Manage Account, Switch
    Project
    , or Sign Out.

3. Manage your menu (Shop)

Open the Shop module. The dashboard has tiles — Products, Groups,
Boards, and more. Tap a tile to manage it.

Products

  • Tap to add a product; tap any row to edit it.
  • Flip the switch on a row to make a product active or inactive.
  • Use the search, sort (newest, name, price), and All / Active /
    Inactive
    filters to find items.

Groups

Groups organize products so they can be shown on a board.

  • Tap to create a group.
  • Open a group and tap + Add to search for products and add them.
  • Reorder products with a long‑press and drag.
  • Remove a product from a group: swipe the row right‑to‑left and tap
    Remove, or long‑press the row → Remove from group. This only takes
    it off the group — it does not delete the product.

Boards (your TV screens)

Boards are what appear on your TV displays.

  • Tap to create a board and choose which groups it shows.
  • Adjust Font Size to scale the text on the screen.
  • Connect a TV: open the board → EditPair a TV Screen
    Generate pairing code, then enter the 4‑digit code on the TV app. Codes
    refresh automatically; tap Regenerate for a new one.

4. Upload files (Assets)

  • Open AssetsUpload File → choose Image, Document, or Video.

5. Your account

  • ••• menu → Manage Account: update your name and email, reset your
    password, or request account deletion.


Tips

  • Changes sync automatically. Edits you make appear on your live boards
    within a minute — no need to redeploy anything.
  • Pull down to refresh any list to pull the latest from the server.
  • Works on both iPhone and iPad.
